ROOTED NOMADISM

> INFRASTRUCTURES OF CARE

This architectural proposal harmonizes static infrastructure with mobile inhabitation, inspired by Telugu temple chariots that blend fixed and movable elements. It features four interconnected components: a foundational superstructure, durable unmovable modules, adaptable transformable elements, and mobile units that extend functionality. Designed for sustainability, it uses low-tech systems, local materials, and layered construction to address monsoons, reduce heat, and integrate solar and rainwater systems. The center fosters vibrant public interactions and supports vendors, enhancing community bonds and local economies. By merging adaptability and cultural relevance, it serves as a dynamic, sustainable, and socially valuable community asset.
